In this role, you will report to the Vice President of Product Management for Audit in the Accounting, Tax, Practice & Audit Product team, supporting the Tax, Accounting, and Audit Professionals business. You will collaborate with leaders and stakeholders from Product, Design, Engineering, and AI Labs teams to refine product strategy and roadmap, while playing a hands‑on leadership role in inspiring and guiding cross‑functional, distributed product teams through product discovery and delivery. Responsibilities Develop strong product intuition by interpreting and assessing customer problems, business needs, and opportunities, and offering potential solutions with a minimum level of guidance and direction. Build world‑class capabilities and products by creating a vision for the product, maintaining the product roadmap, and partnering closely with other product managers, designers, and technology teams to execute the roadmap and deliver efficiently. Demonstrate leadership by taking extreme ownership of assigned audit products, their performance and reliability, and delighting our clients with a positive experience. Act as a well‑rounded AI expert, staying on the cutting edge of AI and technology development to inspire teams to ideate and experiment with applying AI, and share your unique perspective on how AI can propel the tax, accounting, and audit profession. About You Curious & innovative, obsessed with customers’ problems and working closely with customers, partners, and Thomson Reuters colleagues to solve them. Agile with a strong sense of urgency, comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and unafraid of failure. Effective communicator who projects confidence and communicates concisely and clearly to management, peers, customers, and partners. Foundational Skills AI Product Expertise Deep understanding of GenAI vs. traditional ML approaches and their product implications. Experience with AI product evaluation, experimentation, delivery, and performance optimization. Strong data analysis skills and comfort with quantitative analysis. Background in AI search/information retrieval, ranking systems, and LLM/agentic products. Direct experience in the financial audit industry is strongly preferred. Product Leadership Proven track record of shipping impactful AI products at scale. Systems thinking approach to complex product challenges. Strong product sense and opinions on where AI technology is heading. Experience balancing "good enough" to launch vs. perfect in fast‑moving environments. Culture & Mindset High agency and ownership mentality—you see problems and solve them. AI‑fluent in your daily work and genuinely curious about the technology. Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence across teams. Preferred Qualifications Experienced Product Management professional. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or computer science preferred, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of Product Management experience. Experience in fintech, with a history of creating tax & accounting SaaS products, strongly preferred. Base pay is positioned within the range based on experience, skills, and internal equity. Annual bonus may be awarded at enterprise and individual performance.
