This role involves shaping data-driven strategies that maximize the impact of health marketing and improve patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in data analysis but also possesses a strategic mindset to uncover actionable insights for complex healthcare markets. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of analytics strategies across multiple client projects. Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and clients. Oversee the design and implementation of measurement frameworks, data models, KPIs, and media performance tracking processes. Manage a talented team of analysts, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth. Design and execute predictive models to assess the impact of marketing activities, enabling clients to make data-driven investment decisions and maximize ROI. Develop and maintain systems for monitoring and reporting on media campaign performance, ensuring alignment with client goals and optimizing ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, actionable insights and consistency across all platforms. Partner with clients to understand their challenges and tailor analytics solutions to their unique needs, with a focus on actionable insights from media performance data. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating innovative analytics and media tracking approaches to deliver results. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. A minimum of 8 years of experience in analytics, with a focus on media performance tracking, marketing mix modeling (MMM), and ROI analysis. Proven experience with healthcare/pharmaceutical data is highly advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven expertise in designing and implementing measurement frameworks, predictive models, and KPI systems for marketing and media campaigns. Strong proficiency with analytical tools and platforms such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Experience with data visualization and storytelling, translating complex analyses into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven experience in marketing analytics, including customer segmentation, attribution modeling, and campaign analysis. Knowledge of digital marketing channels, advertising platforms, and customer journey mapping; solid understanding of media channels, including digital, traditional, and emerging platforms, and their respective measurement methodologies. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira, etc.). Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing analytics teams in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for optimization and drive strategic decision-making. Requirements Ability to align data analytics, data engineering, and data science initiatives with broader business goals. Track record of using data to drive strategic decision-making. Keen analytical and problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail. Demonstrable experience in managing large datasets and complex analysis. Robust understanding of digital marketing metrics and their impact on business outcomes. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously. Strong communication and client-facing skills to tailor analytics solutions and deliver actionable insights. Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights and answer questions in a logical, clear manner. Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest analytics trends and techniques.
