Growth Marketing Manager (PPC, Paid Social & Email) Experience Required: 5+ years About Hellamaid Hellamaid is a fast‑growing home cleaning brand operating across Canada and expanding into the U.S. We are actively building a franchise‑driven model and need a performance leader who can scale demand across corporate and franchise markets. Role Overview You will own Hellamaid's paid growth engine. This is a senior, hands‑on role focused on revenue, not vanity metrics. You will design, launch, and scale paid systems that support both corporate and franchise territories. Key Responsibilities Own and scale Google Ads across Search, Performance Max, and Local campaigns Build and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad accounts and funnels Develop scalable paid frameworks that franchise partners can deploy locally Plan and launch email campaigns tied to promotions, seasonality, and reactivation (Black Friday, holidays, seasonal deep cleans, moving season, referral pushes, etc.) Build automated email and lifecycle flows for abandoned bookings, retention, and repeat purchase Design full‑funnel strategies from cold traffic to booked service Optimize landing pages and booking paths to improve conversion rates Track performance through GA4, GTM, CRM, and email platforms Establish reporting systems franchise partners can understand and use Requirements 5+ years of performance marketing experience Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Strong experience with lifecycle and email marketing systems Experience scaling multi‑location or franchise‑style campaigns Proven ability to manage and optimize larger monthly budgets Highly analytical mindset focused on ROAS, CPL, and revenue #J-18808-Ljbffr
