About This Team The Go-To-Market Evolution Team sits at the heart of an end-to-end value chain transformation of how lululemon operates. We act as an internal consultancy that identifies, suggests, and conceptualizes process optimization opportunities while providing strategic planning support, evaluating & driving synergies, streamlining processes, and making actionable recommendations to raise efficiency and drive profitability. We always have the guest in mind when we identify and drive integration needs across the value chain and make recommendations for action in alignment with the Company’s overall strategy. The team members are essential thought partners with all areas of the Company, including executive leadership, supply chain/sourcing, finance, merchandising, planning, marketing, region, brand, and channels. This means taking a holistic approach to meet our guest expectations by improving our GTM processes and timelines, establishing a KPI driven approach on how we get to market that complements our creativity, and increasing our partner collaboration while yielding higher quality processes, better strategy integration and an authentic engagement with all involved parties. The selected candidate will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and team leader experience who can provide input into future growth opportunities, along with strategic directions and priorities while integrating cross-functional strategies into the GTM process. Core Responsibilities As Senior Analyst you will support the GTM Evolution team in partnering with leaders across the Product Organization to deliver lululemon’s transformation agenda. You will do this by supporting work-streams in large-scale business transformation programs. Responsibilities include the project management and documentation of scoping, exploration, planning, solutioning, and process mapping. They will support the Manager in project management and documentation of scoping, exploration, planning, solutioning, and process mapping. Each day will look different in your project-based role, including activities like clarifying strategic questions, designing solutions, project managing your work stream, and document creation (deck building). Enhance the GTM process for our GTM segments by supporting/leading the execution of work stream objectives through cross-functional working groups to define problems, identify key decisions, cross-functional dependencies, and risks/issues, with the broader upstream value chain modules in mind. Build trusted relationships at many levels of the organization to provide clarity and garner buy-in for ongoing initiatives. Act as an internal advisor to Design, Product & Technical Development, and Merchandising leaders to define the problem, develop options, and design solutions. Support scheduling of working sessions with business partners and the work‑back activities. Plan agendas and prepare materials for key meetings, capturing actions and ensuring timely follow‑up. Assist in the preparation of workshop, leadership enrolment, and engagement materials for respective work streams either leading or supporting on. Conduct and/or guide detailed operational process mapping and capability modelling. Collaborate with other teams involved in business transformation programs – including product management, change management, communications, learning/training, org design, etc. to plan and deliver against transformation objectives on‑time and on‑budget. Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, shifting approach and execution as needed. Support crisis response activities as needed and directed by your leader. Qualifications Minimum of 4+ years of relevant professional experience in this field of work, including consulting and/or direct business management. Strong facilitation and problem‑solving skills to drive alignment and innovative solutions. Ability to frame problems, guide analytical modelling, and through analysis provide insights into solutions. Drive continuous improvement and increased efficiency and effectiveness as business needs shift. Proven track record of building relationships, establishing rapport, credibility and trust. Self‑motivated, passionate, detail‑oriented, multi‑tasker extraordinaire who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Resourceful, able to navigate an organization independently and comfortable with ambiguity. Additional Notes Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role. Compensation And Benefits Package Lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500 to $107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
