Maintenance technician (electric respondent)The Maintenance technician (electric respondent)will work within the maintenance team and will report hierarchically to the Site Facilities Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance activities and modifications necessary for the electrical network.
- Coordinate the procurement of materials related to modifications.
- Assist other departments to ensure electrical compliance of new equipment.
- Coordinate activities with subcontractors.
- Ensure modification data is archived and updated (thermography, budget evaluation, electrical plan, register of major works).
- Create and update electrical plans.
- Provide field teams with assistance to comply with ongoing requirements, lockout tagout, intervention procedures and risk analysis.
Requirements:
Technical:
- Hold or be able to obtain an Electrical License 16 (Master Electrician A2).
- Education in electricity, electrical engineering or other relevant field.
- Basic understanding of industrial railway processes (an asset).
- Knowledge of automation technologies (an asset).
- Strong team coordination and communication skills.
- Rigorous and organized.
- Dynamic and autonomous.
Language:
- French
- English (an asset).
