Job Overview Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada is recruiting a highly energetic and motivated bilingual RT / RPN for our Timmins branch. The RT/RPN provides all respiratory services with a focus on oxygen therapy, clinical and ventilatory support, and collaboration with referring physicians to ensure patient safety. Responsibilities Conduct a full respiratory assessment and diagnostics as applicable. Develop respiratory therapy treatment plans in consultation with the client, physicians, and care teams as per prescription and best practices. Deliver equipment and supplies as required and perform equipment quality control checks on a recurring basis. Provide appropriate follow-up to clients to evaluate effects of treatment, comfort while using treatment, and address therapy compliance. Assess clients’ home environment for safety, identify and address areas of concern. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, provide information/literature to prospective clients, and demonstrate/educate products and services. Maintain continuing education and knowledge of clinical best practices. Comply with and maintain knowledge of all funding processes and systems. When required, participate in sleep duties including initiating PAP therapy when prescribed. Qualifications Licensed to practice with the provincial governing body. Bilingual (French/English) required. Strong cardio‑respiratory assessment skills. Valid driver’s license. Clear vulnerable persons check. Previous experience in the healthcare field is an asset.
