Dans le cadre du développement de notre bureau de Québec, nous recrutons un(e) Consultant(e) PMO Supply Chain pour intervenir directement chez l’un de nos clients industriels. Préparer les projets d’achats Participer à la collecte des besoins et à la création des spécifications pour les fournisseurs; Rédiger les comptes-rendus de réunions (interne & clarification fournisseurs); Préparer la phase de négociation : analyse des dossiers fournisseurs, documentation, stratégie; Gérer la documentation achat via SharePoint. Gérer les relations fournisseurs Participer au sourcing via les outils internes (ex : Ariba); Lancer des consultations d’offres, recueillir et comparer les devis (RFQ); Organiser et suivre les visites fournisseurs; Construire et documenter les matrices de comparaison. Suivre les commandes et les livraisons Suivre l’émission et la réception des bons de commande; Gérer les délais et la confirmation des livraisons; Maintenir à jour les bases de données fournisseurs; Produire des reportings et tableaux de bord liés aux projets achats. Votre profil Baccalauréat en administration, logistique ou domaine connexe (DEC accepté avec expérience pertinente). Expérience : Minimum 2 à 3 ans en approvisionnement, gestion des achats ou logistique; Maîtrise d’Excel et de la suite Office; Anglais professionnel (écrit / oral) requis; Connaissance des outils de sourcing (ex : Ariba) et de SharePoint est un plus; Autonomie, sens de l'organisation, rigueur et excellent relationnel.
