The Specialist will provide provincial expertise to the design and development of physician contracts and compensation policy and standard work to the Saskatchewan Health Authority and with stakeholders within the University of Saskatchewan, College of Medicine, the Ministries of Health and Education and Saskatchewan Medical Association. Reporting to the Manager, Practitioner Staff Affairs - Provincial Contracts, the Specialist will provide expert research advice in support of recommendations and in negotiation of provincial physician contracts, compensation, service agreements, policies and standard work. The Specialist demonstrates strong leadership to enable an innovative and positive working climate and a client-centric culture. The Specialist must work cross functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations.
