Location: Alliston, ON area The Perks: $36.24/hr plenty of OT consistent increases after hours worked day/afternoon rotation (afternoon shift premium) company-paid benefits from day 1 company-paid pension from day 1 incentive bonus paid time off The Role: Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical components in an advanced manufacturing facility. Perform regular preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure safety. Program and troubleshoot using PLCs and automated controls. Read and interpret electrical blueprints and engineering schematics. Troubleshoot and maintain systems in hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, emergency generators, and fire protection systems. Install EMT and rigid conduit, transformers, and distribution panels. Handle electrical power distribution with confidence and care. Work independently or with a team—flexible, responsive, and ready for new challenges. You Bring: Industrial (442A) or Construction Maintenance (309A) Electrician License – required Experience as an electrical apprentice within a manufacturing environment? We want to hear from you too. A diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Robotics—or equivalent experience (2–3+ years) is a strong asset. Proficiency with hand and power tools, working at heights, and lifting heavy equipment.
