Product Support Technical Specialist

Product Support Technical Specialist – Club Division Location: Markham, Ontario Role Type: Backfill Role (Regular Full‑time) Schedule: 37.5 hours/week Salary: Expected base salary range $60,000 - $70,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Troubleshoot common technical issues such as activations, installs, printing issues, and common errors. Troubleshoot client technical issues (networking/hardware, permissions). Serve as Tier 2 escalation point between clients and Jonas. Run SQL scripts, create queries, and review system logs. Trace software to determine root causes of issues. Keep clients informed of progress and provide follow‑up as necessary. Collaborate with other departments or offices to expedite resolutions. Promote and maintain a high‑quality, professional, service‑oriented company image among clients. Assist with testing of club products. Assist in after‑hours rotation (once knowledge level is achieved). Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably technical support, with close customer communication. Experience in accounting‑based applications in the Private or Public Golf Club Industries, Hotel, or related Hospitality Industries is an asset. Knowledge and experience with SQL, advanced Excel, and database structures. Knowledge of Providex is an asset. Experience with networking and troubleshooting, including Citrix, Terminal Services, and Virtual Servers. Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel). Experience with various operating systems, including Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server. Strong communication and soft skills. Proven problem‑solving and teaching abilities. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
