This position will understand customer needs and develop plans and proposals that others implement in the delivery of the project solution. This position will communicate complex technical concepts to Canada-wide customers.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, establish, and maintain strategic relationships in target market(s), such as solution providers, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), hardware vendors, suppliers of related products, industry associations and influencers.Act as a subject Matter Expert (SME) within the assigned product categoriesDeliver product training and product demonstrations to Canon and dealer Sales RepresentativesDrive sales by partnering with sales teams and recommending customized solutions based on customer requirements, including responses to RFPsResearch the competitive landscape and identify how to differentiate Canon products, gaining a competitive advantageProvide post-purchase integration support to clients that are working with recently installed product, when neededResearch and recommend Canon’s participation in key events (Roadshows, tradeshows, industry shows, etc); engage with attendees as a subject matter expertLiaise between Canon dealers and ITCG Lead Generation Marketing to define dealer marketing capabilities and requirements, increasing dealer sales through non-traditional marketing methodsTo Succeed, You Will NeedPost-secondary education in a technical fieldMinimum of 3 years of related experienceExtensive computer/technical skills are required to discuss, troubleshoot, and analyze customer workflow solutions for printers/scanners using Mac and PCStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to assess customer and internal needs, identify multiple perspectives and provide an appropriate solutionSolid time and project management skillsBilingual French/EnglishWhy Join?HYBRID WORKThis position offers a Hybrid work schedule.
