Manager, Assurance & Tax We are looking for an experienced Manager, Assurance & Tax who will oversee compilation and assurance (review) engagements, provide direct support to clients, and mentor staff while ensuring the quality of their work. Key Responsibilities Plan and carry out assurance (review) and compilation engagements for a diverse client base. Prepare and review corporate and personal tax returns. Supervise, coach, and ensure the quality of work completed by junior staff. Provide technical guidance and share expertise to support team development. Advise and assist clients with accounting and tax matters. Actively contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and to the firm’s growth. Desired Profile 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in public accounting. CPA designation completed or in progress – a strong asset but not mandatory. Solid knowledge of corporate and personal taxation. Proficiency with the following tools: Excel, Caseware/Logis/Paradigme, Acomba, Taxprep Suite. Excellent leadership, communication, and mentorship skills. Organized, autonomous, and a strong team player. Ability to take on challenges and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
