Overview Senior Personal Banker at National Bank of Canada – a specialist in transaction banking and financing solutions, supporting advisors and driving business development within the NBF Banking Centres team. Responsibilities Expert in transaction banking and financing solutions. Recommend personalized financing strategies (mortgage loans, lines of credit, all-in-ones, etc.). Provide personalized support for clients and ensure robust, professional file handling. Communicate seamlessly and follow up with investment advisors to deliver on our Advisor promise. Work closely with investment advisors to integrate banking services into clients’ financial planning. Actively participate in business development through calls, meetings and regular follow-ups. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or related field) and at least 6 years of relevant banking services experience, or a master’s degree with 4 years of experience. Experience in business development and advisory services. Excellent knowledge of transaction and credit banking products. Ability to work independently, build trust‑based relationships and collaborate as a team. Available for occasional travel (5–10% of the time). Your Team The Vice‑President of NBF Banking Centres consists of more than 25 specialists who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes. You will report to the Sales Manager in the NBF Banking Centres sector. The team delivers financing advice, supports advisors with diligence and care throughout the referral process, and transforms referrals into sustainable business opportunities.
