Each brand benefits from the global scale and shared best practices that come from ownership by Restaurant Brands International Inc.OpportunityThe Sr Analyst, Finance, will lead cross‑functional efforts to manage RBI’s Services groups, partnering with the CPSO and their direct reports.ResponsibilitiesLead Service G&A and Capex by providing monthly, quarterly, annual and long‑range budget/forecastOwn G&A and Capex variance analysis comparing actual results to budgets/forecasts and prior year results for internal reportingPresent G&A and Capex monthly results to business owners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of contentPresent to senior leadership G&A and Capex results on a monthly basisFinancial AnalysisProvide ad hoc support and financial modeling for various projects, producing actionable insightsIntroduce meaningful analytical models for cross‑functional leadership team, identifying opportunities to help guide the CPSO strategic directionInvoice ProcessingCollaborate with expense owners to create and manage purchase orders in CoupaReconcile existing purchase orders with internal Global Business Partners team by working with vendors to clear existing accounts/invoicesProcess invoices for payment within contractual payment termsCommunicate organized and accurate statuses of payments and purchase orders to internal teamsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Business, or related fieldHighly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Onestream /SAP/Coupa knowledge is preferredMinimum 3 years finance/accounting relevant professional experienceSelf‑started with a positive attitude and ability to work in a rapidly changing environmentSalaryBase salary range of $80,000.00 – $100,000.00. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills.
