Department: Admissions Availability : Monday to Sunday, various operational hours and holidays Position Type: Seasonal Reports To : Admissions Manager and Assistant Manager JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Gates & Parking Supervisor, you will support and supervise the Gates & Parking Attendant Team. The Supervisor will ideally have experience working as a Gates & Parking Attendant and will have a hands‑on understanding of the Attendant’s role. The Gates & Parking Supervisor will encourage and promote the team to work with courtesy, professionalism, and efficiency. This position requires leadership skills, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. The Gates & Parking Supervisor needs to be a team player, communicating well with both the attendants they supervise and the Management team, to inform them of team needs. This role needs to see the entire process of Admissions as crucial to the guest experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead, train, and supervise the Gates & Parking team by providing guidance and coaching to ensure a high standard of customer service, efficiency, and accuracy. Handle guest complaints, disputes, or issues related to Gates & Parking, escalating matters to the Admissions Manager or Assistant Manager as needed. Ensure supplies are kept replenished for Gates & Parking Attendants, alerting Admissions Manager if additional need to be ordered. Disseminate information on new sales or promotions to the Gates & Parking Team throughout the season. Daily review attendants’ time sheets and address any errors or admissions. Must be available to work all shifts whether they are morning, afternoon, or evening hours. Follow all park standards, policies, and procedures. All other duties as assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole and the Admissions department. Management reserves the right to add or remove duties when circumstances (e.g. Emergencies, change in workload, rush jobs, staff levels, or technical development) arise.
