Description Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Administrator is responsible for processing supply‑chain tasks in support of business continuity; analytics & metrics that support service level achievement, productivity, and process definition & adherence. The role will support and drive research‑to‑resolution on issues or opportunities relating to SCM (supply chain management). Responsibilities Support the Operations team with all back office and administrative tasks, communicating effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth operational process for our suppliers and clients. Processing order confirmations from suppliers quickly and efficiently liaising with other departments when necessary. Follow up with suppliers when orders are overdue and resolve issues when there are discrepancies with Goods In. Maintain all Supply Chain relevant documentation in accordance with the company’s quality requirements. Process daily transaction files to confirm shipping and device associations. Provide general support to the supply chain department to achieve KPIs. Requirements We know you will have a wide skill set, but to thrive in this role we think you will need: Strong office admin skills, with competency using MS Office (particularly Excel and Outlook) Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders/suppliers. High attention to detail and accuracy, with a customer‑focused and self‑motivated attitude. Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
