Lead project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and representatives Manage contract items, approvals, and required-on-job dates Evaluate RFIs, budgets, and subcontractor change orders Coordinate mechanical and electrical systems with design requirements Lead turnover, testing, commissioning, and project closeout Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and four years relevant experience Mechanical and electrical systems technical expertise Business acumen for planning and executing responsibilities Excellent verbal and written business communication skills Microsoft Suite proficiency and leadership attributes Apply MEP coordination, contract management, and quality control expertise to Turner Construction Company projects in Toronto.
