Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the HR resource for assigned business units
• Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and offboarding
• Lead recruitment efforts, including candidates’ screening and interviews
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and employee development
• Support compensation and compliance with employment policies
Requirements:
• Knowledge of HR principles and labor relations laws
• Experience in recruitment and performance management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information Utilize your expertise in HR operations to drive effectiveness and collaboration at the Inland Group.
