(SkySys) Requis : == The candidate must have the following qualifications: Main Responsibilities: Perform end-to-end solution architecture: Design scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures for HRIS, time and attendance, and payroll systems integrated with ERP platforms. Define the integration strategy: In collaboration with system integrators, define APIs, middleware, ETL flows, and real-time data exchange models to keep systems synchronized. Bridge business and technology: Translate HR, time management, and payroll business requirements into clear technical plans for developers and stakeholders. Lead technical delivery: Guide teams through design, development, testing, and deployment; ensure solutions meet performance, compliance, and usability standards. Ensure data integrity and security: In collaboration with the security team and integrators, protect sensitive employee data through robust governance, audit, and compliance frameworks. Anticipate system evolution: Assess proposed configurations to ensure smooth scalability of the ecosystem and keep it state of the art. Mandatory 3 weeks off during the holiday period. Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of experience in solution architecture, with specific experience related to HR, time and attendance management, and payroll systems. Experience with HR platforms (Workday). Time and attendance management in a manufacturing environment (Kronos, UKG Pro WFM). Experience with multi-country payroll projects. Experience with Agile delivery and CI/CD integration. Knowledge of certain SAP processes in a manufacturing context.
