Support daily gaming operationsSupport daily gaming operations to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and licence conditionsMaintain a clean, safe, well-staffed, and guest-focused gaming floor environmentLeadership & OperationsAct as the senior operational lead in the absence of the General ManagerLead, coach, and mentor supervisors and front-line gaming teamsSupport recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing developmentConduct performance management, coaching, and corrective action as requiredFoster a professional, respectful workplace culture aligned with organizational valuesCompliance, Security & RiskMonitor adherence to gaming regulations, internal controls, and responsible gaming standardsAct as a key point of contact with regulatory authorities as requiredRespond to, investigate, and document incidents involving security, disputes, or irregularitiesEnsure all required training and certifications are completed and maintainedOversee on-site cash flow including gaming revenue, cage operations, jackpots, and operational floatsEnsure accuracy, security, reconciliation, and audit compliance of all financial assetsReview daily revenue reports, variances, and payout activitySupport budgeting and forecasting for gaming operationsGuest Experience & Revenue GrowthResolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretionSupport VIP hosting, promotions, and special events on the gaming floorContribute to initiatives that enhance the gaming experience, including new product introductions, floor refreshes, and operational improvementsHealth, Safety & Responsible GamingSupport joint health and safety initiatives and emergency response planningAct as a site leader during critical incidentsParticipate in responsible gaming programs and committee initiativesRequirementsMinimum three years of progressive management experience, ideally within a regulated gaming environmentPost-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferredStrong operational judgment and a calm, confident leadership presenceProven experience with scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and staff leadershipHigh level of comfort with cash controls, financial accountability, and complianceProficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace collaboration toolsMust be able to successfully complete a criminal record through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB)University Degree or Diploma in a relevant disciplineCorporate CultureThis role offers a strong pathway for a gaming or hospitality leader looking to advance within a complex, regulated operation.
