These responsibilities include some of the following…** Activate identified channel pack opportunities across all Haleon categories (Dollarama, Amazon, Costco, etc.)* Work with Sales, Marketing and Dcom teams to develop channel pack pipeline that takes into consideration consumer and shopper insights, pricing, channel value slope, customer margin and internal profitability* Project Accountable Lead (Project Manager) for multiple channel pack initiatives, leading projects through all internal alignment meetings working in close collaboration with other cross-functional partners to complete innovation gating documentation* Development of each Channel Pack project P&L analysis in partnership with the Finance Business Partner* Work in collaboration with Operations and Supply team to identify product solutions based on production site capabilities* Development and maintenance of Channel Pack project timelines* Schedule and lead regular cross-functional team connections to share information and identify gaps or risks in the project plan* Customer sell-in of Channel Pack initiatives* Initiative performance evaluations post launch* Other tasks as required subject to capacity and organization priorities**Basic Qualifications:***We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:** Education: Undergraduate University Degree required* Experience: 3-5+ years of brand marketing experience in CPG or OTC marketing* A strong problem solver with ability to think both analytically and creatively to effectively drive business objectives* Experience in large scale new product launches; collaboration with cross functional teams; delivering results in a matrix org.* Strong financial capabilities and business acumen* Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment* Ability to lead, influence, and inspire cross-functional teams and senior leaders through strategy and vision* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to build consensus across functions and levels* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for storytelling* Courage, resiliency, perseverance, and tenacity to champion initiatives from start-to-end* Passion for the consumer and brand building* Must have the ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations including organizational changes and changes in job demands**Preferred Qualifications:***If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:** **Experience in CPG OTC industries*** **MBA is an asset**#LI-Hybrid**Job Posting End Date**2026-01-16## **Equal Opportunities**Haleon are committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
