We invite you to bring your passion and experience to our team Responsibilities Maintain, diagnose, repair and test laundry equipment and other products supplied by the company in our laundry rooms or specific areas of a building to the company’s level of quality and standards. Maintain professional/friendly relationships with customers/clients. Maintain and be accountable for truck inventory (parts and specialty tools provided by the company) to be able to complete work in a timely manner. Maintain company vehicle in safe working condition. Assist installers when required. Knowledge of basic hand tools. Backup a service territory/Installer. Assist with on‑site retrofit, equipment overhauls, etc. Complete vend adjustment. Site Inspection evaluations. Qualifications Holds Journeyman certification, a valid Natural Gas License or Certificate of Qualification, or be enrolled in a certified course to obtain a valid Natural Gas Certificate of Qualification as approved by the province. Valid Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract. Basic mechanical and technical aptitude. Basic electronic aptitude. Minimum 1 year of small chassis washer and dryer appliance repair skills is an asset. Multi-load washer and dryer appliance repair skills is an asset. Self‑starter with proven ability to work with minimal supervision. Demonstrate strong technical, electrical, and mechanical ability. Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and assess plumbing, ventilation, electrical, make‑up air requirements, etc. Great organizational skills, related to maintaining assets, travel and prioritizing workload to gain the best impact on productivity. Manage and maintain Coinamatic assets and expenses (vehicle, phone/communication device (tablet), fax machine, parts, uniform, etc.). Team player who can work with all levels of the organization (sales, administration). Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
