Are you our next all star?What You Will Be DoingEvaluate fit and measure customer for compression stockings and garmentsProvide recommendations and answer question on compression garmentEnsure proper fitting to help drive customer complianceProvide each patient with receipts for submission to insuranceWork with insurance companies and government agencies for confirmation of patient coverageProvide billing to insurance companies and government agencies for specific productsWork closely with physicians and clinics to provide training and materials such as prescriptions pads and information pamphlets.Provide ongoing follow-up to customers to remind them of required reorders & remeasurementHow You Will Succeed1 – 2 years’ experience in measuring and fitting compression garmentsKnowledge in wound care and anatomy an asset but not requiredCustomer Service experienceAre you #ALLin?
