Overview Infosys is seeking a SAP Data & Analytics Principal Consultant based in Mississauga, Ontario and Calgary, Alberta. The role will lead data & analytics programs, focusing on SAP Business Data Cloud (including SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, BW, and HANA). The consultant will define architecture, modernize enterprise landscapes, govern data products, and enable AI and advanced analytics, driving client engagement, program delivery, and innovation in hybrid cloud environments. Responsibilities Architect and deliver solutions on SAP Business Data Cloud, integrating with SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, BW, S/4HANA, Azure, AWS, and other SAP products and hyperscalers. Design semantic models, data governance frameworks, and performance‑optimization strategies. Lead modernization from legacy analytics platforms to SAP BDC, managing hybrid integrations. Enable AI‑driven insights leveraging SAP BDC, Databricks, and external platforms. Engage with business stakeholders to translate processes into KPIs and analytics. Govern implementation and AMS programs, ensuring SLA adherence and continuous improvement. Explore emerging technologies (GenAI, data fabric, etc.) for innovation. Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and growth opportunities. Apply enterprise architecture, functional domain understanding, and business engagement for growth leadership. Manage project plans, track schedules, and drive team priorities in large‑scale implementation projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Minimum 11 years of IT experience. Authorized to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship; must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON or Calgary, AB, or willing to relocate. Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, BW, HANA, and integration with S/4HANA, Azure, AWS. Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing teams, managing offshore teams, and guiding analytics strategy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to report to stakeholders and build client relationships. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Additional technical skills: ABAP, Databricks, project management. Work Environment The role may entail extensive travel and requires the ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively by telephone, email, and face‑to‑face. Compensation (Ontario) Estimated annual compensation range: $101,500 to $134,404.
