Guided by our values of compassion, excellence, and courage, and through our strategic roadmap, Plan to 2030, we are creating a new kind of health care - defined not by illness, but by the health and well-being of people and communities.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the delivery of client-centered physiotherapy services for patients who have a neurological conditionProvides physiotherapy assessment, goal-oriented treatment interventions, client/family education and support to address medical and emotional needsPerforms as a coach/mentor, consultant and uses sound critical thinking skills to achieve client outcomes and facilitate team functionsParticipates in program planning, continuous quality improvement and evaluationSupervises support personnel, students and volunteers as appropriateQualificationsRegistered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and in good standingMembership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association preferredExperience in the management of neurological conditions in the outpatient therapy settingEvidence of continuing education, professional and personal development is required.
