Work Type Onsite Shift Timings Rotational shifts – 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off (day and night shifts) Responsibilities Perform equipment service, troubleshooting and repairs. Work on surface and underground Epiroc equipment. Conduct machine audits/inspections as required. Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics. Develop and maintain a positive customer experience. Daily time entry and technical reporting as required. Daily shift reports. Participate in company training opportunities. Work within and promote a supportive and innovative team culture. Work includes travel to multiple sites and flexible hours including some weekend work. Some travel out of province may be required. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Perform other relevant tasks and duties as assigned by the manager. Experience Minimum two to three (2‑3) years of related experience within the mining industry is preferred. Knowledge / Education / Licence Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certificate/License. Possess a valid vehicle driver’s license. Skills and Abilities Resourceful with demonstrated troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Self‑motivated and driven to achieve customer satisfaction targets. Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities. Strong attention to detail. Organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Good computer‑based skills (i.e., emails, service reports). Willingness to travel and to go on site.
