Overview Fraser Health Authority (FHA) is seeking a full‑time (1.0 FTE) Otolaryngologist for Chilliwack General Hospital (CGH) in Chilliwack, BC. The successful applicant will provide general Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery services, including care of pediatric patients. Responsibilities Provide 1:5 regional on‑call coverage at CGH and Abbotsford Regional Hospital & Cancer Centre (ARHCC), sharing coverage with the existing otolaryngologist at CGH and the three otolaryngologists at ARHCC. Perform three operating‑room days every four weeks at CGH. Optionally, provide ambulatory day‑care for minor procedures under local anesthesia. Participate in the University of British Columbia (UBC) medical education program and apply for a clinical faculty appointment in the Division of Otolaryngology Surgery, UBC. Qualifications Medical licence (CMPA, CPSBC eligible or FRCSC eligible) – provisional licence acceptable for US board‑certified physicians. Background in Otolaryngology, with an interest in otology considered an advantage. Subspecialty training in Otolaryngology not required. Compensation Fee for Service, MOCAP – On‑call payments. Locations Chilliwack General Hospital, Chilliwack, BC.
