Since 1982, we’ve operated on the principles of integrity, trust, and professionalism. We are looking for a high-energy, customer-focused professional who can provide expert advice and ensure every client drives away with peace of mind.

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you are the primary point of contact for our clients. You will manage the end-to-end service experience—from the first phone call to the final vehicle handover—ensuring that every customer receives clear communication and honest recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Advocacy: Respond to inquiries regarding repairs and maintenance with transparency and expertise.
  • Service Coordination: Manage appointment bookings and work closely with the shop foreman to ensure timely vehicle turnaround.
  • Expert Consultation: Inspect vehicles (with technician support) to explain repair processes, provide accurate cost estimates, and prioritize safety-related services.
  • Maintenance Planning: Help customers develop long-term maintenance schedules to ensure vehicle longevity.
  • Transaction Management: Process payments, manage service records, and ensure all documentation is accurate and organized.
  • Shop Environment: Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming service desk and waiting area.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in automotive service writing or a similar customer service role is preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex mechanical issues in simple terms.
  • Technical Aptitude: A solid understanding of automotive parts and repair processes.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems and business software.
  • Multitasking: Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple customer inquiries.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Health & Wellness: Extended health care, dental care, disability, and life insurance.
  • Convenience: On-site parking and uniforms provided.
  • Time Off: Paid time off to ensure you stay recharged.
