Mgr Worldwide Accounts – FedEx Canada General Summary To proactively plan, organize, develop, and manage FedEx Canada’s worldwide and global accounts and ensure the meeting/exceeding of set objectives while supporting a balanced execution of people, service, and profit as well as executing the Canadian business strategy. Lead an industry‑oriented sales team focused on maintaining and growing a $1,500 per day revenue segment. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. 5+ years of business‑to‑business experience; previous sales management experience. 2 years of previous sales management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (basic). Demonstrated expertise in consultative and value‑added selling. Promotes self‑development through continuing education and enhances knowledge of the competitive marketplace. Ability to travel/work extensive hours; regular overnight travel required (5‑10%). Must be able to work in a PC Windows environment. Preferred Qualifications Not specified. If the incumbent resides in the province of Quebec, you must be bilingual (French and English). In addition to the usual factors used in the selection process, all candidates for positions that require driving as a core competency require a valid driver’s license (e.g. Class 5, G, or 1[AZ]) and a driving record with two or fewer violations and/or accidents in the 24 months prior to the date of application. Further, candidates will be assessed through careful consideration of: 1) their current driver’s abstract; 2) their performance during application interviews; and 3) their performance on any driver competency assessments administered.
