Job ID: 25-44050 Job Title: Sr. Specialized IT Consultant Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension) Client: Public Sector Pay Rate: CAD 85-95/hour Role Overview Seeking a Senior Specialized IT Consultant to support alignment between the Provincial Client Registry (PCR) and immunization data as part of a large-scale Immunisation Repository initiative. The role focuses on data integration, identity management, API development, and ETL workflows within a regulated healthcare environment. Required Tech Stack IBM Infosphere Master Data Management (MDM) – Identity Hub (Initiate) Java (API and web services development) IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) ETL tools & processes SQL / Relational Databases HL7 messaging Cloverleaf Integration Suite IBM InfoSphere DataStage FHIR APIs (asset) Kafka (asset) Docker / Kubernetes / OpenShift (asset) Must-Haves 5+ years’ experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM (Initiate / Identity Hub) 5+ years Java development experience 5+ years’ experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) 5+ years’ experience with ETL processes Strong experience with healthcare systems and data Experience with HL7 messaging and integration tools Strong SQL and data analysis skills Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Roles & Responsibilities Ensure alignment between Provincial Client Registry (PCR) and immunization data Design and develop data-in / data-out APIs Support ETL design, remediation, and documentation Integrate and manage healthcare data using HL7 and integration engines Update interfaces to support FHIR-based queries Implement data validation and enhanced error handling Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and data issues Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders Maintain documentation and provide full knowledge transfer If this opportunity matches your experience and career goals, please share your most updated resume for consideration.
