Sales Advisor – IRIS The Visual Group – Kamloops, BC We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team in Kamloops, BC. Pay Range CA$18.00/hr - CA$25.00/hr Responsibilities Advising patients about proper frame choices and appropriate lens options Performing frame adjustments and repairs Preparing exam rooms, cleaning, and setting up equipment Conducting pre-testing procedures using diagnostic equipment Greeting patients in a warm and courteous way Responding to large volume of phone calls, emails, and faxes Scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling examinations and appointments Collecting contact and health information, and answering patient questions efficiently Invoicing patients and using point of sale machine Submitting insurance payments for patients Scanning hard files Benefits Full-time position Group insurance with access to remote physicians at no cost Personal days Access to a pension fund Free annual eye care Benefits for your friends and family Requirements High aptitude with computers Capacity to multitask, strong organization skills and efficient focus Experience in customer service Ability to communicate positively with people Comfortable taking and making phone calls Good learning skills High proficiency in English: be able to fluently communicate in English, both verbally and in writing Works well in a team and independently Schedule Evening schedule: No Weekend schedule: Saturday Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Sales and Business Development Industries Wellness and Fitness Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at IRIS The Visual Group by 2x.
