Bloom offre un modèle de travail hybride et privilégie la flexibilité et l’équilibre travail-vie personnelle.Our ideal candidate: We’re looking for a creative person passionate about search engine optimization who can deliver concrete results for clients.Role Overview: As an SEO Specialist, you will develop and implement 360 SEO strategies (technical, content, local, SXO, mobile, etc.) for institutional sites, e-commerce, and large national/international accounts. You will collaborate with Bloom teams to push SEO to new heights.ResponsibilitiesTechnical SEOSEO audits, recommendations, and executionAdvanced website analysis (speed, CDNs, cookies, architecture, crawlability, accessibility, etc.)Implement technical SEO recommendations on client sitesProduce and interpret SEO performance reports using relevant platforms/toolsContent SEOCreate sitewide content strategiesConduct keyword research and on-page optimizationImplement content optimizations to grow traffic and engagementDevelop marketing strategies supporting broader initiativesLead on-page SEO campaignsAuthority & Online PresenceOptimize local SEO platforms and local management toolsAssess site authority and provide recommendations to increase authority in client industriesClient ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of SEO clientsDevelop and maintain client relationshipsRegularly communicate with clients to align on business goalsAdvise clients on effective performance solutionsDeliver reports with insights and recommendationsOther ResponsibilitiesTrain junior SEO team membersContribute to internal training and knowledge sharingProvide ideas for service improvementsContribute to development of new SEO services with product leadKnowledge & Skills3+ years in an SEO roleBachelor’s in Marketing/Communications or relevant fieldExperience in a digital marketing agencyAbility to perform detailed SEO audits and competitive analysesExperience with WordPress, Shopify, Magento; Google Analytics, Google Search Console; Google Tag ManagerProficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)HTML, CSS, JS knowledgeStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and present clear recommendationsFluent in French and English, both written and spokenExperience presenting deliverables to clientsAdvanced Google Analytics certificationAt Bloom, We Offer4.5-day work weekHybrid model with remote work flexibility3 weeks vacation + 5 flexible daysClosed between Christmas and New YearHealth and dental insurance; telemedicineEAP; retirement savings planGlobal remote work option for eligible full-time staff; some roles may require in-office presenceFlexible schedules; team-building events; training and certificationsRecognition program and rewards; home office suppliesCorporate discounts on gym memberships and eyewearOffice PerksOffices in Montreal and Toronto; accessible via public transitPublic transit discounts; free healthy snacks, coffee and teaCollaborative workspace; bike parking at the officeThank You for Your InterestWe sincerely thank all applicants; only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
