OverviewBrand Ambassador (On-Call) (French Services) – Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, Canada. Temporary short-term (fixed term), part-time on-call position with potential inclusion in an on-call talent pool for future assignments.Your roleWe’re currently seeking brand ambassadors in Whitehorse who will support the Marketing & Communications team in organizing and hosting Radio-Canada brand activations and community events and help forge strong emotional connections with our audience. As ambassador, your main role will be to provide support for all marketing and communications activities, both in-house and off-site. Then join our team for this assignmentKey tasksSupport the team in developing and operationalizing outreach activities and partnershipsAssist the senior officer with project planning and executionCoordinate project logisticsGuide programming and technical teams in developing specials and remotes in connection with outreach activities and partnershipsTake part in off-site activities to promote Radio-Canada, primarily to a French-speaking audiencePrepare, transport and set up equipment on the siteHand out promotional materialInteract with participants and passers-by, providing them with information about the Corporation and its programming. A solid command of English is essential so that you can also engage with English-speaking attendees during the eventCreate a memorable experience for Canadians to connect them with the brandAnalyze the results of the activities by producing reports and compiling statistics on audience and staff comments and feedbackCreate databases and correct or update their contentKeep records and archives about programs, outreach experiences and partnerships, including bios and photographic materialsField inquiries, find the requested information and respond to audience and staff comments and feedbackPlease note that these are part-time on-call positions.
