Responsibilities Volunteer to knit or crochet squares or a full afghan for patients receiving treatment at the Juravinski Cancer Centre and other facilities. Knitted square: cast on 33 stitches (approx. 6.5") using #7 (4.5 mm) needles, #4 weight or worsted yarn. Crochet square: 6.5" x 6.5" using preferred #4 weight or worsted yarn. Full afghan dimensions: 36" x 48" or 48" x 60". Requirements There are no specific requirements. We encourage anyone with interest to apply.
