Well-being and work-life balance are promoted within the team, and our commitment to environmental sustainability supports our primary goal of increasing the health and well-being of everybody in our region.About The PositionThe occupational therapist works independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team providing inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and implementation, program planning, consultation, equipment prescription, and education of residents/clients/patients and/or their caregivers to promote functional independence and enable the client to achieve and maintain optimal health outcomes. The occupational therapist contributes to the organization and the overall goals of the department; participates in departmental/program quality assurance initiatives, meetings, research, and education; and provides work direction to the rehabilitation assistants working with the rehabilitation team regarding transfer of function.What We OfferWe offer welcoming workplaces along with a range of benefits, services, and policies to support you at every stage of your career.This is a CASUAL OPPORTUNITY.
