Discovery Program - Operations at ABB Join ABB’s 18‑month rotational Discovery Program focused on developing sales and leadership skills, as well as product knowledge across engineering, production, and supply‑chain departments. Participants will finish in the Electrification Smart Power division, working on intelligent power solutions. Responsibilities Learn about yourself and ABB’s global business. Engage with ABB leaders, including rotation managers and mentors who will help you develop technical and leadership skills. Aspire to achieve career goals at ABB by participating in professional development opportunities, such as webinars. Deliver on business results by completing challenging and meaningful assignments in a supportive environment. Attend June orientation with all other Discovery Program participants. Work closely with a dedicated program manager throughout your journey. Qualifications Completed university studies in electrical or mechanical engineering before the start of the program. Maximum two years of professional work experience by the start date. Desire to learn and grow. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. French is required; English is also required for communication with customers outside Quebec. Must already have a work authorization that permits you to work for ABB in Canada and be available to travel to any of ABB’s Canadian sites. Why ABB?
