MUST HAVE 8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data-driven environment Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite Hands‑on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non‑technical audiences Experience 8+ years of UX/UI experience within performance marketing, lead generation, or conversion rate optimization environments.
