Your complex and varied duties will help you rapidly become the go-to resource person to your clients for their financial projects.Your roleIdentify and develop business opportunities in your market, increase your commercial client base, and establish business development strategiesHelp your clients attain their business objectives by proposing financial strategies based on the most suitable combination of Bank products and servicesMeet clients\' changing needs by adapting and optimizing financial products and advice/approachesNegotiate the terms and conditions of agreements with clients, while making sure that they meet risk management standards and profitability criteriaDraw up business development plansAssist the Regional Vice-President in reaching objectivesWork with the Manager – Financing SolutionsActively participate to various networking activities (cocktails, conferences, etc.)Work in synergy with all the other departments of the BankYour teamWorking in the Commercial Banking and Private Banking 1859 sector, you will join a team of professionals that supports business clients. You will also be surrounded by an ecosystem of specialists, like financing solutions managers, who will help you offer the solutions that best suit our clients’ needs.Reporting to Associate Vice-President, you will manage a portfolio of clients covering the Kitchener-Waterloo, Hamilton and London regions.Our training programs use on-the-job learning to help you master your role. You can access personalized training content on such topics as banking solutions and the advisory approach to support your ongoing learning.
