Close strategic HVAC accounts remotely across the USA or Canada using consultative selling and multi-location deal expertise. Own major opportunities independently. Blacksmith Agency seeks a Head of Sales for HVAC, focused on large home service groups. You will sell websites, SEO, and paid media to multi-location buyers. Sales development and inbound teams provide qualified meetings, while you manage the closing process. Key Responsibilities:

Own discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closes for large deals Sell to owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders Expand signed groups across additional locations and services Build proposals with strategists and agency leadership Carry a $2M annual quota across strategic accounts Requirements:

Record of closing $1M+ annually on large accounts Experience with multi-location or enterprise account selling HVAC group or agency-services sales background Experience managing consultative cycles with multiple decision makers Preference for closing business over managing people Bring enterprise HVAC selling, consultative deal leadership, and expansion expertise to Blacksmith Agency’s remote sales team.
