Working closely with offices in Labrador City, Montréal, and Mont-Saint-Hilaire, this team is involved in developing the Sept-Îles area and executing projects in mining, metals, and energy sectors. Our mechanical engineering team is distinguished by technical expertise and a deep understanding of operating and maintaining industrial mechanical equipment.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in engineering design, technology selection, and project execution in mining, energy, and heavy industry sectors.Identify business opportunities and draft proposals.Lead technical and project management aspects of assigned mandates.Maintain client relationships and contribute to business development.QualificationsUniversity degree in mechanical engineering and membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in heavy industrial projects.Availability for short-term assignments between Sept-Îles and Labrador City.ASP Construction card.Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Navisworks, and other relevant software.Assets: experience in heavy industry sectors; knowledge of SmartPlant 3D, CADWorx, ANSYS, Fathom; bilingual in English and French.Benefits and perksCompetitive salary based on a 37.5-hour week.Premium programs, onsite mobility allowance, retirement plan, insurance, and more.Opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and engaging work environment.About BBAFor over 40 years, BBA has been delivering innovative engineering solutions in energy and natural resources.
