Values Customer-focused Leadership Teamwork Professionalism Safety Commitment Integrity Excellence Innovation Position Summary Inventory and Quality Manager responsible for overseeing production process flows, managing inventory accuracy, and ensuring quality compliance with an emphasis on people leadership and SAP expertise. Responsibilities Manage daily work flow, staffing levels, and training for the department. Lead the preparation of boxes for packaging and repairs. Maintain confidentiality, customer service, and professionalism. Manage Inventory Operate SAP data processing system. Manage all inventory creation activities including receiving, bagging, re-bagging, retagging, repositioning, transfers, and disposals. Assign lot status and distribute products to the dealer network. Ensure accuracy of inventories and maintain detailed count procedures. Communicate supply forecasts and integrate field and storage activities. Procure all supply items needed to support operations and coordinate with laboratory and supply chain groups. Serve as backup logistics contact for wholesale and inter-brand trades. Manage Quality Manage seed testing and tag room areas to meet regulations. Review lot testing data, maintain suspect lists, and communicate results. Manage sample creation, testing requirements, and test data analysis. Maintain third party QMS manual and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Additional Project a positive image of PRIDE Seeds and AgReliant Genetics. Duties may be amended by the Company as reasonably required. Education/Experience University degree preferred. Minimum of three years of management experience or five years of inventory or quality experience. Experience working in the seed industry. Skills/Licenses/Abilities Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. team building skills. Self-motivation, initiative, and results orientation. Work in a fast-paced and changing environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Physical Demands Work required hours, including occasional overtime and weekends. Lift up to 30 lbs. Occasional travel required. Notation Salaried position: 40 hours per week with occasional Saturdays and overtime, paid as an annual salary.
