Role and Facility Information Royal Columbian Hospital (RCH) and Eagle Ridge Hospital (ERH) are seeking full‑time Emergency Physicians to join Columbia Emergency Physicians Association. Key Responsibilities Provide high‑acuity emergency care at RCH and ERH. Teach residents and UBC medical students during shifts. Participate in research, quality improvement, physician leadership, education, simulation, and geriatric emergency medicine initiatives. Support diversity initiatives in line with EDI principles. Qualifications CCFP (EM) or FRCPC (EM) certification; ABEM certification also accepted. Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia. PALS or APLS certification required within five years for regional work. ATLS or other relevant trauma‑based certification (e.g., STRUC) highly recommended. Previous experience in a high‑volume, high‑acuity ED, trauma and pediatric populations preferred. Compensation Approximately $400,000 + per year for a full‑time Emergency Physician (~13 shifts per month). Locum/temporary opportunities are available. Location Royal Columbian Hospital – New Westminster, BC; Eagle Ridge Hospital – Port Moody, BC. Both 30‑40 minutes from downtown Vancouver.
