Sales and Service Manager, Hotels and Restaurants Join Ecolab’s sales team as a Hospitality Territory Sales and Service Manager covering Whistler, Pemberton and the surrounding areas. The role will involve selling and servicing chemical clean‑ing solutions to restaurants, hotels, schools, long‑term care facilities and other hospitality clients, ensuring their facilities operate safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Install, repair and maintain ware‑washing, laundry and dispensing equipment; provide on‑site mechanical support and training. Ensure customer facilities are fully operational and staff are trained in safe equipment use. Grow sales within existing territories through regular and emergency equipment service, training and sales demonstrations. Cold‑call and prospect to secure new accounts, building Ecolab’s brand in the market. Develop customized cleaning and sanitation solutions based on customer needs. Adjust schedule and hours as needed to meet customer business requirements. Position Details Territory: Whistler, Pemberton and surrounding areas. Applicants must live in Squamish, Whistler, Pemberton or close surrounding areas. Weekend emergency coverage: every 3 weekends. Overnight trips per month: none. Remote eligibility: willing to travel to the US for training/meetings. Compensation and Benefits Base salary plus annual bonus. Company car with coverage on gas, maintenance and insurance from day one. Full training program (classroom, job shadowing, online modules). Matched pension plan. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma required; post‑secondary education preferred. At least 1 year of outside sales experience. Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor‑vehicle record. Willingness to be on call during off hours and weekend coverage. No immigration sponsorship available. Preferred Qualifications Business‑to‑business commercial sales experience. Experience in food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, pool or spa industries. Mechanical problem‑solving skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical). Physical Demands Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Manipulate heavy equipment and appliances at least 50% of the time. Bend, stretch, twist, climb and work on ladders approximately 50% of the time.
