As a Reliability Specialist, your primary responsibility will be ensuring optimal system performance through effective in-service support for the AJISS system. Your expertise will guide teams in analyzing reliability data and managing xFRACAS software for actionable insights. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will drive system improvements based on your findings.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead reliability support for AJISS and ensure system readiness • Analyze failure reports to identify root causes and trends • Maintain comprehensive reliability documentation • Provide training on xFRACAS software to end-users • Offer technical troubleshooting for AJISS obstacles
Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field • Minimum five years of experience in marine applications • Strong FRACAS program background • Familiarity with maintenance types may be beneficial • Must qualify for required security clearances
