Join our talented team as we embark on an uncharted gaming adventure We're on the lookout for a passionate Senior 3D Animator to contribute their skills to our Dungeons & Dragons PC/Console project. This innovative game will blend the features of Action-RPG / Survival with unique elements of life-simulation games to redefine the genre and capture the imaginations of players worldwide.

  • Role Description
    • Collaborate with the art and design teams to create visually compelling and engaging animations for stylized game characters, creatures, and objects.
    • Identify and resolve technical and artistic issues related to animations.
    • Coordinate with tools and technology teams to develop the necessary solutions to create the best animations possible.
    • Verify the quality of assets in the game, and make improvements where necessary to fit technical constraints, performance targets, and artistic direction.
    • Collaborate with other disciplines to review animations and make certain that they satisfy their intended design.
    • Meet project timelines and production schedules.
    • Mentor Intermediate and Junior Animators.
    • Document and communicate workflow and best practices to support consistency across the animation team.
