Currently we are hiring for a:**Operations Analyst**The Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring smooth process flow within JD Edwards. Ensuring IT break/fixes are managed effectively and managing the Customer Pricing, Terms, Prepay and program reconciliations. A **subject matter expert in the areas above** results in limited downtime and the correct end result allowing proper financial visibility to the business.**Required Experience/Knowledge** (to be able to perform this job):* Business certificate in business, accounting, business operations or other related field* 1 or more years of experience in accounting or business operations* Strong user of the Microsoft suite of products* Strong knowledge and confidence with technology and computer programs**Preferred Experience/Knowledge:*** Strong knowledge of Winfield United Canada and Ag industry* Experience with ED Edwards or ERP programs* 5 years’ experience in accounting or business operations* Must be able to work with and communicate across all levels of the organization.* Strong decision making and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and organizational strengths.WinField United Canada provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision coverage, disability coverage, critical illness, and life insurance.
