Our team meets clients where they are, both physically and emotionally, to provide meaningful support on their journey to progress. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in the Greater Halifax Metropolitan Area. The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs to support clients in achieving their personal and functional goals. Daily responsibilities include working with children and adults in areas related to development, rehabilitation, and daily life skills, as well as collaborating with families or caregivers to foster meaningful progress. Documentation and communication about treatment plans and client progress are integral parts of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in Occupational Therapy practices, with knowledge of medicine and rehabilitation techniques Experience or interest in working with pediatric clients Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse clients, families, and team members Relevant professional licensure or certification in occupational therapy Ability to assess and develop personalized therapy plans tailored to client-specific goals Commitment to delivering client-centered and evidence-based care Experience in a therapeutic setting is advantageous Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
