This position will be in-person at the Simcoe/Norfolk Regional Campus, located at 634 Ireland Road, Simcoe, Ontario.We are seeking candidates to teach the following course:* AGRI-6002 , Food Safety & Traceability**General Qualifications:*** Combination of excellent leadership and teaching skills with a strong commitment to academic excellence and student success* Excellent communicator* Strong interpersonal skills* Ability to relate effectively to a wide variety of learners* Strong technical/computer skills and familiarity with educational technologies are required* Teaching experience with hybrid and/or online delivery is an asset* Proven ability to work in a team environment* Related industry work experience, previous college teaching experience and knowledge of curriculum design and student evaluations are assets**Specific Qualifications:*** Post Secondary Degree in a related discipline* Minimum 3 years’ of recent and relevant work experience in Agri-Foods industry with experience in Food Safety and Traceability* An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered**Educational Credentials**While transcripts are not required for the interview, they are mandatory as a condition of employment.**Equity, Diversity and Inclusion**Fanshawe College is an equal opportunity employer.
