Supporting our Residential Market and reporting to our Regional Manager,the Territory Manager - Residential Sales, will maintain customer relationships as well as grow our residential fuel and propane business. The Territory Manager will be responsible for:Actively prospecting customers and successful sales of our products and services including heating oil, propane, and related equipment to residential customers.Working with management to develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.Identifying and continually managing territorial plans to ensure growth in Customer base.Meeting all targets established by the Company.Establishing and maintaining key relationships with industry partners and associations for business development and referrals to expand customer base such as, real estate companies, insurance companies, home inspectors and contractors.Reporting on all activity in your territory as set out by the Company.About YouA successful track record of growing sales and managing a territoryPost-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field; Experience in the propane and/or petroleum industry, residential, farming or trucking sales would be considered an assetLocal knowledge of region an assetStrong sense of motivation to succeed in a competitive marketCustomer service orientation with excellent presentation and communication skillsStrong planning, problem-solving and negotiationWhat We OfferWe provide career growth and development through on-the-job training, professional courses, and peer learning in a friendly and inclusive work environment that allows you to thrive both personally and professionally.Competitive Compensation4 weeks paid vacationEmployer Health & Dental BenefitsGroup RRSPEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Healthcare & Lifestyle Spending AccountAre you ready to power your career and make a difference at McDougall Energy?
