The Role Weishaupt Design Group is currently seeking a Client Success Manager. Supporting the Client Success Team in person, the successful candidate will be a highly motivated, confident self-starter, able to multi-task in a very fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships while contributing to a collaborative and dynamic workplace. Responsibilities Team management from day-to-day support through performance management. Financial forecasting and delivery date management. Support Client Success team in managing delays and escalations where necessary. Client Resolution, managing local repairs, and support CS team with resolutions. Daily communication with Corporate Shipping Department, Sales, and Clients on relevant issues and resolution. Approve replacement sales orders and process repair invoices in SAP. Oversee all client deliveries to ensure premium service is provided. Oversee COM/COL centralized distribution tagging and fulfillment. Balance collection and reporting. Support stocked sales and stock activation. Analyze open service tickets to identify trends and resolution opportunities. Report on client issues and escalations. Support the loyalty program initiatives. General sales support. Competencies Proficient in working in SAP, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Proactive and solutions oriented with ability to affect change and influence Ability to define inefficiencies and create targeted plans to address Outstanding communication, organizational skills, and high degree of Ability to work in a team-based environment and to coach other achieve common Demonstrated commitment to continuous process Must have excellent customer service skills and possess the ability to work independently and within a team environment. Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational skills, and the ability to meet set Requirements Minimum 3 years of similar experience in relevant industry, including people management College diploma or University degree an Previous experience in retail distribution an Solid experience with an ERP system, specifically SAP, an asset.
